INTERVIEW (Linda Mosley)

1. What is your full name?
-Linda Mosley.

2. Where are you from?
-San Diego, California.

3. Where did you go to college? For how long?
-San Diego State College for 4 years.

4. Why did you choose that field?
-I'm not really choose this field, the professor that I worked in previous job advised to me study Accounting because I was good in "Bookkeeper".

5. How long have you worked here?
-I have 22 years working in this office.

6. What do your duties include? Or What kinds of work does your job involve?
-I'm the owner of this company and my duties is supervising this staff. Also I interact with clients and I prepare finance reports.

7. What are some of the challenges you have faced working here?
-The challenges are getting new clients and keeping the business going on.

8. What is the best part of your job?
-The best part are the people and interact with my clients and staff.

9. What is something you would like to change about your job?
-Something that I would like to change is work less hours.

10. Did you work somewhere else before this job? Where? For how long? How was that similar/different?
-I worked in a lot places before, but the most recent was in San Diego in "Bookkeeper" for 9 years. The difference are that now is my own company and I work for a lot people and before I just only worked for 1 client.

11. What do you see as your future with this company?
-I see this company in the future with other owner. I will sale for other person come over it.

12. Do you enjoy the kind of work you do?
-I enjoy some of them, but the most thing that I enjoy is getting metting with clients.

13. How has having an intern helped your company or organization advance or progress?
-They keep my company organized and do the work I can't do it because I'm doing another staff more important.

14. What advice would you give to high school-aged interns (such as myself) getting ready for college and then the real world?
-I advice to them that study hard, learn for the mistakes and basecally "TAKE NOTES"...
